Tim Ho Wan Singapore, Westgate Shopping Mall

I love Westgate.. simply for the shorter queues at Tim Ho Wan (waited 2.5 hours for our first time to the Hong Kong dim sum eatery at Dhoby Ghaut in 2013) Don't be fooled by the queue if there's any... most of the people in the first row are mostly waiting for their group to arrive, and they can only enter the restaurant when the whole party is there. There was once when I had the craving for some HK dim sum just 30 mins (queue is fast, food is served fast, bill payment is fast too! really unlike most Chinese restaurants in Singapore -_-) before my hair & scalp treatment at Vintage Studio! (I have a VIP card, so if you're looking for some discount for hair styling or treatment, let me know)
